What is it?
Invisalign uses series of virtually invisible, removable and comfortable aligners that allow you to smile during the treatment and the result. Why would I want it?
Since Invisalign retainers are invisible, they are removable, and you can eat and drink what you want during the treatment. To brush and to floss are no issue. They are more comfortable than the metal braces and you’d spend less time in the office for checkups and getting adjustments. It also allows you to view your own treatment when you start so you can see how the result will look at the end.
How does it work?
With each set of Invisalign, you wear each retainer for about 2 weeks, removing them only to eat, drink, brush and floss. As you replace each retainer with the next in the series, the teeth will shift a little. As time goes on more shifting while the teeth get to their positions until they reached their final positions.
